  • I can move the leather on the bracelet…?

    Yes, we have placed the leather on this way, so you can move it easily to the best place for you.

  • Warranty

    Goats & Oaks stands for quality and long life duration. Therefore, we guarantee you a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase of your Goats & Oaks bracelet. Within the warranty period we will correct all defects, due to material or manufacturing defects free of charge. We will try to get in touch with you as quickly as possible and find a solution for the problem.

    Warranty does not cover:

    -Damage caused by incorrect usage and accidents (e.g. shock, fall, high water intrusion)

    -The warranty does not extend by unauthorized interference of the buyer or third party. The warranty period does not prologue through taking use of the warranty. Neither can contamination of the product cause warranty claims. If your Goats & Oaks product has defects, please include your invoice as voucher when reclaiming the product.

  • Do you accept custom orders?

    Because we know everybody is unique, we accept custom orders. Just send us your wrist size.

  • Which size is good for me?

    We have tree sizes:

    S (16-18 cm)

    M (18-20 cm)

    L (20-22cm)

    *Measure your wrist size. Is your wrist size 19 cm, then your size is M.

  • Product information

    As a company, Goats & Oaks values style, quality, and the planet that we all call home. Therefore, we use Olympic Sailing rope and old reclaimed leather for our unique bracelets.

Shipping & Returns

  • How can I change my bracelet?

    You’ve suddenly fallen in love with a different model and would like to change the one you’ve ordered? Of course, that is possible. Return the product to Goats & Oaks after your send us a mail at info@goatsandoaks.com and include a note, that you revocate your product. As soon as we receive the return, we will refund the amount to your account. If you’ve paid via bank transfer, please include your account details in the package. With the refund you can order your new preferred product. Unfortunately, due to logistic reasons we can’t exchange automatically.

  • How do I return my bracelet?

    You can revocate Goats & Oaks products, that you’ve ordered in our online shop within 14 days after receiving the order. To do so send us an email at info@goatsandoaks.com and inform us about your revocation. We will give you our address after you send us the mail.

    As soon as we’ve received your return, we will refund the amount via the same payment method you’ve used. If you’ve paid via bank transfer, please add you bank details to the package. Please be aware, that the return costs are borne by the buyer and we don’t cover them in case of revocation.

  • Shipping

    At this moment we only ship to the Netherlands. Would you like to have a bracelet and you are not a Dutchie? Send us a mail to: info@goatsandoaks.com and we will see what we can do!
